Go to any NBA arena and they will boo David Stern. Just like go to any MLB ballpark and they will boo Selig. Same goes for hockey where they always boo Gary Betman (spelling?). I think it is just the thing to do, although I have never understood it.

Nothing, Stern has been great for the NBA but everybody just hates the commissioners for some reason.
