Looks like Coach Corbelli(s) are good for another year. What will coach Greene bring that's different from what we had? Energy, west coast ties, recruiting acumen? Any thoughts from the folks who know?

being in multiple consecutive final fours doesn't hurt either. someone trying to build a resume for a head coach job is going to want successful programs. even if we'd been able to match the dollars in austin, does anyone really think A&M could have made the same hire?

As someone who follows volleyball very closely, all I can say is I have never heard of this guy. Doesn't mean he won't be a helpful addition, but he isn't someone that makes you think, "Wow, A&M is really trying to turn their program around" If we had offered the Nebraska Assistant our head coaching job, then I'd think we were at least moving in the right direction.

The biggest addition might actually be LJ going back to coach Club. Assuming he liked his time at A&M coaching and working with the Corbellis (which from what I hear everyone loves them and thinks they are great people) then maybe he can help steer some TAV girls our way. They are one of the better clubs in Dallas, and Dallas produces quite a bit of volleyball talent.

Thanks - that's kind of what I thought, but I don't follow the VB team as closely as others, so I just didn't know.
