Does anybody remember the amount of girls they took per event last year?

The Swimming & Diving facebook page just put up the official entry lists. A&M has the most swimmers qualified. That is incredible. Bultman has created a monster.

See http://www.usaswimming.org/_Rainbow/Documents/ce61fbf7-aba9-48df-9fbc-ee148137e884/DI%20Women's%20Championships%20-%20Uncut%20Psych%20Sheet.pdf

It looks as if the cut-off list has been posted. If this is official, then it looks like Adams, Henry, King, Dittmer, Pavlin, Sommer, Ibanez, Conner, Miller, Larson, McLaine, Simpson, Medrano and Chernoff all are "Invited". I think Kinder also qualified on the 800 relay. I am really impressed with the team this year including those who did not qualify. I think that in 2006, many of the girls qualified because of invited relays and did not receive individual invites. Hats off to the coaching staff and the team!! We know how hard you work.

How are Lorena's chances in qualifying for NC's at zones??

If she made it, that would theoretically make it 17 girls, which would be great to see!!!

Good links Blastoff.....

Anyone know why Liliana's 200 free was so far off her early season 1:44? Did she race Big12s without tapering? Or was she not feeling well?

This is an example of an NCAA qualifier that looks like should score points. But if she swims a 1:47 she won't make the B final. There are surely many others in the NCAAs like that. In past years the tu women were especially poor performers at NCAAs.

The 1:44 was her relay leadoff at Big 12's.
