Take a look at the 05/15/11 edition of the 12th Man Magazine and go to page five showing Natasha Ruddock running the shuttle hurdle relay at the Penn Relays. Focus on the look on that chick's face, then look at her right knee. This is a hurdler, folks; her knee wouldnt be scarred and scratched like that if she wasnt a true hurdler and you can tell by that expression she is focused as hell; I dont think I would want to face her in a race- she would run me over.
