So, if I read the polls correctly, it's a 3 team race for the men and a 2 team race for the women? Is that was the point differences mean, essentially?

Haven't seen the women's form chart, but looking at the men's I feel like we have points to gain. No Joey Roberts figured in the 800m, and zero points in the long jump. Those 3 seniors (Echard, Reid and Stewart) are battle tested. They will find a way to score points in the long jump, and I wouldn't be surprised to see all three back on the triple jump podium again. 100/400/800/4x100 semifinals and men's javelin final are all on Day 1. We will know a ton about the men's race for the Ags right away.

Funny you mention that because I think the t-jump might decide this thing. UF is predicted to finish 1st and 2nd. We are 3rd and 6th. There could be some serious point movement in this event!

Maybe this year, Florida/Florida St. can drop the baton.
