i was wondering if anyone could help me find some quality golf courses within an 30 minute to hour drive from college station. i'm looking for a course that is nice but green fees anywhere from 0 to 50 dollars for weekday golf. i've played bluebonnet golf club in navasota and was hoping to find more similar to bluebonnet. thanks

I am not sure about the green fees, but there are some nice courses in Conroe (Waldon, April Sound, and one more that I can't think of the name) Those are all about 45 min. away. And then Blackhorse is a really nice course and it is in Cypress, right off Highway 6. It is about an hour from College Station.

pecan lakes golf club is fairly nice and only costs 20 bucks during the week with a student id. it is my fav place to play. it just opened this past year.
