Aggie archers took the top 3 spots in both compound and recurve in the Indoor Nationals South Region yesterday. Amber Dawson beat Mary Zorn (!) for #1 in compound, while Dawn Chudy outshot Lorinda Cohen for first in recurve. Now we have to wait for the other regions to report their scores before we know if A&M sweeps the national and individual titles again. Nice shooting, ladies!
Also, Mary Zorn and Dawn Chudy leave today for the land of the cheese-eating surrender monkeys to participate in the World Championships. (For those of you who don't follow A&M archery much, Mary is the defending world champion in compound!) Good luck, Mary and Dawn!
