The Aggie track team had a big day in NYC yesterday. There were 3 new school records set and several personal bests.

Natosha Rogers broke her 5th school record of the year in winning the 5000. She has also broken the school record in the mile (twice), the 3000 and as the anchor of the DMR.

Kevin Burnett broke the school record in the 5000 as well with a 2nd place effort.

The mens DMR broke the school record by winning and posting an automatic qualifying time.

There were also PRs by Ashely Coolier in the 60 (5th fastest for A&M) and Wayne Davis in the 60H (4th fastest for A&M).

The meet continues today with several aggies competing in different events.

Nice!

I usually see a bunch of collegiate guys sporting their warm-ups running in central park the weekend of this meet (presumably milers, 5k, etc.). I'll keep an eye out tomorrow morning.

Ok, not that anyone cares but there were a few but not many collegiates running in central park this morning. Saw 2 different groups of Baylor girls and a group of Tufts girls.
