maybe rocket horn can answer this, since he is such a vital part of the team. why did t.u. cancel matches against current #9 duke and #12 minnesota? rain? snow? fear?

Gas prices are high.

Texas always has the weakest schedule. All they do is rely on the texas cup win early in the year then beat a lot of nobodys and hold on to the rankings so they can get to host regionals. I cant wait for them to come to college station and play our boys. Our boys are as competitive a i have ever seen them.

just picked this up...sorry for the delay. we led duke 1-0 after doubles and they quit to go home because they didnt want to finish due to damp corts. King faked an injury and they left.duke is a heartless team with a coward of a coach who refused to wait till morning to finish. minnisota was rained out with rice as well. we have no close indoor backup. we will makeup match with rice this week. in all we have had 5 matches rained out.

just as an add on...Texas ducks no one and takes no quarter nor asks for one. Texas tennis legacy is ongoing....just thought you would want to know.

aggiedoc...i understand that you are young and may not be aware so I will fill you in a little. Texas is in the top ten all time in victories and in all americans. While Stanford and Georgia are worthy and are ranked higher and truly in a class all their own that doesnt encompass a lack of legacy. And by the way I am not retarded but have on occasion been accused of doing stupit things..at least that is what my wife says....rocket
