I don't know if Bloom is hurt or not, but I do know he had to dodge a stack of hurdles that were left in his lane in the 400m. That can't help...

Jamie Robinson won the bronze decathlon with a 6,543 point total. Not bad for his first decathlon.

A. Bulick cleared 16-0.75 in the pole vault, best in the gold division. It moved him to fourth in the overall race behind Stephen Harris of Tenn., Joel Johnson of Utah State and Josef Karas of Kansas State.
