You better believe Joker and Federer are hoping to avoid Murray until the possible finals. Of course either one of them would have a hard time with a healthy Del Potro.

Well that sucks. Always want all the top dogs to be healthy enough to play in the slams.

However, Djoker and Fed, along with Murray playing outstanding and DelPotro looking to be back in form, it is still going to be fun.

It looks like Djokovic is back to his pre-2011 form. He's still supremely talented, obviously, but he goes through stretches where he is struggling mentally, causing him to play absolutely terrible tennis.

He lost the first set to Federer today 6-0. He lost the second set as well to lose the match, but he did force that one to a tiebreaker.

Fed could very well win the next two majors. Nadal was the only guy in his head and his knees are shot. A scant three months ago people were putting dirt on fed but now it looks he could pad his major total. A possible 19 would put him almost out of reach.

Nadal's style of game really punishes his body. It is really showing the effects over the last couple of years and I'm afraid it's not going to get much better. History is not on his side, given his style of play.

I wouldn't crown Fed just yet. Before the French, Joker looked unbeatable. Don't really care for the guy that much, but he's owned the hard courts this past year (last year's US Open, Aussie Open, etc.).

Which is what made him what he is/was. The guy is/was relentless on the court. I watched a match at the French against Soderling. Soderling hit a winner that somehow miraculously Nadal got back. Not wanting to rest on his laurels, Soderling hit an alsmot equally impressive shot to put Nadal in a bind. Not only did he get it back, but then he had Soderling in trouble. The guy just kept constant pressure on his opponents out there which is why Federer had so much trouble with him. Fed never had any problems with anyone, including Joker. But Nadal was just a beast.

I agree that Joker is his main competition. But Joker has looked suspect at times this year. In my opinion it depends on the draw. If Federer gets a similar draw to the one he got at Wimbledon then you might as well hand him the trophy now. The guy had a cakewalk into the semis where he obliterated Joker.

I am starting to like Joker. He is just a different guy than Federer but that does not make him a turd. I have seen Federer lose his mind on the court before.
