Baylor advanced with a 4-0 win over tcu today...but that is not the story. The bears held out becker and papp vs UT Arlington on friday night and won a close match 4-3...in the second round they held out papp and played becker. What is going on you say?...well apparently all in not well on the banks of the brazos...keep your eyes on this one. This week might bring ....the rest of the story....

While Papp is hurt, there must be something going on with not playing Becker against UTA. Rocket is right. It could be very interesting.

The AgTenGod looked down on the green and gold in the last few days and when Matt Knoll got a knock on the door he opened it to find the ultimate big brother there to say "Hello." He's not the only one the AgTenGod saw. The coming weeks should be interesting. You are right on my young Rocket and Raven.

I went to a Baylor site last nite to check the score of BU/TCU. There was a thread about from Friday nite about their match with UTA. A Baylor poster said in that thread that Becker was serving a one game suspension because Coach Cass had complained to the NCAA about Becker competing in European tournaments. Becker did play against TCU and the Bears won 4-0. Apparently, his presence has a huge effect on the performance of the other members of their team. I have no idea about whether the Baylor guy had any real information or whether this was usubstantiated sour grapes. It did catch my attention to see Coach Cass mentioned in that thread, however.

This could probably be classified as a totally unsubstantiated internet rumor at this point, and if the moderators think it is not appropriate, please delete it.

If true, Cass must be a very talented individual if he has time to both coach his team and be the conference narc.

With such a young team this year, I doubt that Coach Cass has the time to be the NCAA's investigator. He obviously has done another outstanding coaching job to have his team in the NCAA Sweet 16 again for the fourth year.

I think anytime you start two freshmen, and two sophomores, you have your hands full.

The issues at Baylor are not isolated. Other schools are using the same "recruiting" concept as has been described on this forum by the former A&M player that is now the assistant at TCU (C-Hub). I'm sure the NCAA is visiting with those programs as well.

Knoll and other involved coaches have tough decisions to make with their lineups during this important stretch of the season.
