Men with hard fought win, Women roll. Dalton, Lindau, Theocharidis among the standouts for the guys. Women had a number of strong swims/performances, St. Germaine won both boards, and closed out with a very solid relay performance.

The men swam well. Especially impressed with 200 free. Lindau's fly was very solid.

But LSU's A and B medley relays had much better breaststroke splits than we did. LSU finished 1-2-3-4 in the 100 and 1-2-3 in the 200.

It WILL hurt us in the SEC in four races.

Swims of the day for the men belong to Theocharidis and Lindau. Dalton was great too, but he is consistently great so it doesn't stand out as much. No offense intended!
