I think Stanford has lost the doubles point maybe once in the last 2 years.

We are behind in 5 of 6 2nd sets.

Not looking good, of course all I can get are "live" stats.

We lost 4-3. Came down to line 3 and it went to 3 sets. We were up 2-0 and I think we lost 6-2 or so in that set. Tough loss but a great season!!

Line 2 - Stancu lost a tough 3rd set for deciding match

Deheza at #4 had a great chance leading 5-3 in the first set but then lost it. Sanchez was amazing in her first set but then the Stanford girl got incredibly hot. The spectators at Illinois are closer(lower) to the action than at A&M and you could really get a feel for how all the players were making incredible shots.

We sure had our chances, but it is always difficult in matches like these when you don't win the doubles point. What an amazing year and I sure hope that the men and the women can both get more opportunities like this again. Congrats to the Aggie Women's Tennis Team!
