Fact is Germany is the #2 team in the world. Their backups are very, very good. You beat who you play.

haha no where near the truth. sure they were missing a few players, but we subbed around a lot, tried to start a player who has never played defense at right back. etc. it was a great result against an absolutely stacked German side. no reason to be pessimistic about that performance

Germany widely regarded to have the best player development of any country going so this is a great result even if its not the A's.

The game was awesome...and so was USA's performance. Way more quality shots on goal than I have seen in a long time.
At the start of the Klinnsman era we would hardly ever shoot and a good scoring game would be, like, 2 goals...
Regardless, it's hard for me to understand the people who down soccer. Football and Soccer are both excellent sports...what's wrong with liking both?
