I remember hearing everybody at Tennessee saying they wanted Jon Gruden once Dooley was gone. Some sip fans (I live in Austin) have been saying they should replace Mack with Gruden.

Can someone please tell me why Jon Gruden is such a great coach? Seems to me he lived off what Dungy created at Tampa, then ruined the team...am I missing something?
