I see among the Texas Relays results that the Aggies were either DQ'd or DNF in two relays. And our "friends" from Florida won them both. Anyone have details?

It seems that the bad luck from the indoors continued outdoors.
The women's 4 x 100m did not make the first baton handover and did not finish the race. Florida won with Texas second. In the women 4 x 200m relay, the Aggies finish second to Texas. In the women's 4 x 400m the Aggies finish third behind Texas and Florida. Texas and Forida ran exceptional times. We were some 5 seconds behind in third. We had no Kamaria Brown for the relays and I don't know when she will ran again. A fit Kamaria Brown gives the Aggies a better chance in the all the relays. There is no information on her in any article online. Janeille Bellille didnot run also. I don't if she is injured or unwell. In the 100m women race, Aggies finish 3rd, 6th and 7th. Overall the Aggie women have not run great this year when compared to other years. I hope we can get fully fit in the near future because our overall performance at NCAA will depend on whether we are injury free and fully fit.
On a better note Shelbi Vaughn has broken her school record in the discuss and is now the college leader.
On the men's side, the 4x100 race was tight. the Aggies finished 2nd to Florida with a new school record.Florida ran 38.29 and the Aggies 38.30. In the 4 x 200 m race the Aggies triumph over the Florida Gators. However in the 4 x 400m, the anchor leg by Deon Lendore didn't finished as he slowed down and pulled up 120m from the finished. I hope he is not seriously injured because if he is is another devastating blow to the Aggie men team. Aldrich Bailey is already recovering from a broken leg.
On a better note Wayne Davis 11 won the 110m hurdles over Florida's Eddie Lovett.
It is hard sometimes getting information on the fitness of Aggie athletes. Only if it mention in an article then we may hear about it.

Disregard my post. I didn't mean to be an alarmist, but I recall the disputed relays with Florida earlier this year. The Aggie women ran out of their lane or had a dropped baton in the 4x100, as I recall. Similar problem for the men in the 4x400, I believe it was.

Ags overall had a good meet. Excuse, please.

Our best runners in both the men and women are now sidelined.

Brown & Lendore are both difference makers. I hope we get them back before championship time.
