This win was very key for our season. Coach Corbelli and the team have been talking about the Final Four in Dallas...they want to be there. This team is still trying to gain some steam after last season...and this is a good start. Congrats to Beth Skypala for coming out and having a great match!
In response to Louisville's record, yes, they will drop a little, and A&M will move up a little. They have a 1-3 record because they have played a tough schedule so far...losing to #2 Hawaii, #11 UCLA and they picked up a win over #13 Minnesota. Speaking of Minnesota, what is happening? They started the preseason as #6, yesterday, they lost to Kansas...Minn is going to drop like a rock.
For the Big 12, Nebraska is doing great as usual. K.State has a good team. Missouri is keeping up. Texas..these guys are ranked ahead of us, but I'm not so sure that they can stay up there. They recently had a loss to St. Mary's.
Below I've listed the RichKern.com site. Its very informative for those wanting a ton of info on Div I & II vball. (Div II is new this year to his site)
