Man for some reason it has been tough for me to get excited about tennis this year. Late again on the thread.

Good draw for Djoker after round 1.

Federer might get to go against Sam Querrey in round 2, and Sock in Round 3. However, I think if he plays well, he should comfortably advance to the QF's.

Nishikori is in trouble right now. up 2-1, but about to drop the 4th set.

I hate that fact that they have a roof and lights on center court, yet they don't close it to finish the Isner match. Makes no sense

Murray v Federer

Djoker should move on there. No clue on Murray/Fed. I'd lean Murray but Fed has been playing so well

That has got to frustrate the **** out of Murray. He still has a chance to steal the set in a tiebreak, but Federer is just lights out right now.

Yeah Roger looks rejuvenated.

I've noticed that his return has gotten a lot better. He isn't just chipping it back weakly anymore. He has been able to handle 130mph serves and return them with some pace.

Yeah Roger needed the roof to close if they were going to have a delay. Giving a younger guy a 20 minute break mid match was too much, especially when the roof stayed open and the humid conditions were going to keep the pace slowed a bit.

Joker is at 9 now. He is 28 years old. At that age Federer was already close to passing Sampras. As much as we are in today there is no way Joker gets to 17. He is well past half way to his career and he has 9. He does not get 8 more.
