I just heard on the 10:00 news that Beth Skypala was injured in practice. That's a big blow since in recent games she has been integral to the team's success as a leader in kills and digs. I hope she gets better soon.

Did they happen to mention what it was or when she's expected back?

I didn't catch what the injury was but the coach sounded pessimistic, since the injury came before two important games. She talked about the fact that they have some players in practice who should be able to step up but this is a bad loss for the team. She wasn't specific about how long Beth will be out but she didn't seem to be too happy. The last several games I've seen Beth seemed to dominate every important kill.

It's her rotator cuff and they're holding her out just as a precautionary measure. She could be back as soon as Friday.

I hope she makes it back quick. Skypala has been tough this season, and this team needs her in there.
