What has happened to Texas volleyball? They used to be on of the top 5 programs in the country. After Haley left, they seemed to have slowly disappeared.

Tonight was an awesome match! Anybody that missed it, I feel sorry for you. We literally controlled the game from start to finish. We also set an attendance record in G. Rollie, I've never seen it so packed.

As for texas volleyball, I don't know. The same thing can be said for soccer, they were picked to win the Big12 this year and I think they're bordering 3rd/4th place right now.

What an impressive match! Congrats to the team and way to get to the game Aggie crowd.

PV A&M has my permission to come to anymore games that they would like to attend. I say we do away with the corps band at vball and bball and get a band like PV A&M. It was a great atmosphere in G Rollie last night I am still speechless. It was a great showing by our ladies they came out and took control of the game from the first serve and never looked back. Other than to watch the band. Anyway lets keep it up ladies. Member of ash

Maybe the texas v.b. team has the same problem as the football team: a lot of talent but no teamwork?

I second pc's idea. We need a band like that at vball & bball. Sorry, but Patton just doesn't do it for me.

texas was missing their star player for the match due to a family death, and the coach said that they just weren't there for the match.

But did anybody else notice how thin they were on reserves? Even with the girl missing, they only had four on the bench.

I couldn't get over all the foot traffic in front of g.rollie before the game. That was awesome to have so many people there. Wished that would happen more often!

Are you referring to Magee as the star player? Mira and Bethany are the stars...but Magee is up and coming.

Texas hit the pits when Haley left and Jim Moore ran the program in the ground. Elliott is a very good recruiter. They have a lot of talent, but they lack something very important...BALL CONTROL. They have a good (freshman) setter, but you can only work so many miracles with those bad passes (if any pass at all.) I thought we served smart...we served their libero. She had a family emergency last weekend, but she's not the greatest serve receiver.

Did anyone watch the t.u./KSU match on CSTV the other night. Wow...t.u battled back to almost defeat a top 10 program. Elliott had some great serving tactics. Bethany Howden is a middle who is trying to adapt to the outside. They didn't use Magee in the middle as much as they should have.

I hope we can get great attendance for the Nebraska game. They are having a tough year...and we need to have home court advantage and chalk up a W!

Tx is having a tough year...but are still a very dangerous team. They defeated #24 Mizzou tonight in 4 games in Austin.
