Anyone here considering going to the 2016 LONE STAR LE MANS in Austin this September 15-17?

IMSA Weather Tech Sports Car Championship race followed by the only FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) series event scheduled in the US.

Hoping to go. We'll see how my schedule shakes out. It's certainly cheaper than F1.

I would love to. Gonna be a tad warm, though.

Reason I ask is, as it stands now, I'll end taking somebody from work, who's probably not that in to racing and buying their ticket just so I don't end up going by myself.

Which I'll probably end up doing anyway because I want the Official Package so I can float between the main grandstand, Turn 1 and Turn 15, get the "complete access" to the Paddock Building and the Full Open Bar.
