Does anybody know anything about Hockey stuff? I bought a signed Peter Forsberg hockey stick and was wandering if this was a good buy or how much it was worth??

Forsberg is the best player in the game, but because there is soon going to be a work stoppage, NHL memorabilia is probably going to go down in value. This work stoppage is going to get nasty.

Peter Forsberg is ONE of the best in the game. While I don't know an exact value, it's worth a pretty penny.
As far as the work stoppage, it's debatable if it will actually happen. The players say there will be one, but it's to their advantage to say so. I'm still holding an optimistic view. But I don't imagine any of it will have a negative effect on the value of your signed stick. Hold onto it if you're a collector, but if you need some money...post that baby on ebay!

Not planning on selling it, I bought it for a hockey and Forsberg fan.... Just wandering if that was a cool thing to get someone that already has a Swedish Team Olympic Jersey with his signature on it. I was just worried because it was not a Swedish/Avs stick or a stick that he used....??

The stick will be a nice complement to the jersey--sticks don't carry team names. The jersey is very cool. As I recall, Forsberg's shootout goal won the gold medal against a favored Canadian team.
