Tomorrow's rematch is at 1pm. I was browsing Aggieathletics and found a lineup listed for tomorrow's match. If that lineup holds true, Supeko will see his first action of the year tomorrow. Let's hope the guys come out with some intensity, take the doubles point and carry that through singles for a victory.

It will be interesting to see how the team responds to being beaten last week at Duke. The crowd will be nuetral and so that edge may make a difference. I like this match-up. When you get knocked in the mouth, how badly do you want to beat the guy who just did it to you? So the Ags get a chance to get a little revenge just a week later. Motivation should not be a problem and I hope the team is ready to roll. There will be no surprises from the Duke side so the Ags better be ready. Go get redemption.

not sure if i really like the dubs teams, but we will see. i am optimistic...4-3 ags.

I see the line up and do not see any improvements. If they go by who gets to 4 first, it will be 4-0 Duke.

We will lose the doubles point, then lose 6,4,3.

Assume we win these, 4-3 Duke, most likley 5-2. Duke.

Supeko is not that talented, he gets beat by most players on our own team. I watch him play at the open tournament a few weeks ago and he was not that impressive.

Playing in his first dual match against Duke, I don't expect much.

Tough loss.

I guess this loss was because it was indoors too..Duke has proven twice this year they are better than us..indoor or outdoor.

They have beat us twice. I'd like a final shot late in the NCAA tourney.

On the brighter side, our Women took care of #5 USC today!

Ags40luv, yevgeny is the best 6 we have if he is healthy. as you saw nallon and wooten won 4 games combined against the same guy. yevgeny is the 6 guy. how do you know he loses to everybody on the team?????

it doesn't matter if you lose to your teammates in practice.....its which guy can win when it matters..he probably doesn't try as hard in practice sets.

When I was there for the first set of matches, and in talking to the players said they have a tennis ladder and play challenge matches against each other. There seems to be 7 or 8 players that are ahead of Supeko, of course that was heresay from the players, I didn't see it in writing. Several of the players say they beat him easily in the challenge matches.

I did watch Supeko play 4 matches that weekend in the dual matches and tournament play. I was not that impressed. His rep seems to out distance his play.

As Cory says, it matters who wins in the dual matches. There was some talk he would red shirt this year also.

The guy Wooten and Nallon played is a top 25 Euopean Men's open player, so you need to take that into account. I am surpised he did not wind up at Baylor . Supeko is not in that league either. Nor is Brolle. Duke has done some shoppin gon the tour and will likely be in the top 4 very soon.

I just thought that was funny. I dont have a say about who is the best number 6, but that was funny.

i have only seen supeko play at nationals against other juniors and he looks good....i don't get to watch him practice or play against tougher competition, so tim and shuon have a much better idea than i do... and believe me they will put the guy in who they feel has the best chance to win, not the guy who wins practice matches....i never claimed to know all, i just said he had a very good junior career.
