A win over a big school early in the season means nothing you idiot. Consistent play over the course of season will ensure a good ranking. If you followed them, you would notice that they are consistently getting better. W's and L's dont always show what really happened during the matches. Their ranking moved to #17 as of today, and I believe they will keep building.

Yes you can argue that they didnt get anymore of those good ranked wins, and they didnt, but I still believe they are improving, overall.

Those three losses you post were all top 10 teams, and a lot closer than the score shows, they came real close to upsetting UNC.

Hey I want them do as well as the next aggie, my point was you must play consistent the whole season or at least try to..If you beat USC then finish third in the Big 12 you've accomplished nothing it's not hard to understand.

I think everyone agrees with you that they must play consistent the rest of the season. Thats true to any sport. But you pissed people off cause you said that thier win over then #5 USC didnt matter if they didnt do anything else. But it did matter, cause it was good quality win, regardless of what they do.

Sorry but I like to look at the big picture and Jchrebel has no idea what "she" is talking about. The win was great of course, but like I said..

I think JCHRebel and Aggie11 both have some good ideas and obviously have some knowledge of our teams and of the game, but sometimes choose to articulate their ideas in...well, not the most tactful or intelligent-sounding ways. You are obviously both Aggies (or at least Aggie fans) and I think your hearts are in the right place. While can appreciate your enthusiasm, calling people "retards" or "asswipes" really just takes away from what I think is a good point you're trying to make...and while I love that tennis smack talk even exists at A&M, lets save it for the courts and use it against our opponents and not each other.

Just for the record if I am a "she" I happen to be one whos 6'4 235lbs and has 2 balls and a rod between my legs. I also dont go to blinn, I am at A&M.

Also for the record big wins are always good for rankings and programs overall. A win over a top team might not mean your the best, it just shows you "can" hang with them. Look at football in 2002 over OU, hell didnt even get us to finish in the top 25 but it still proved a point right?

oh and by the way, I will be at the matches bring far more harsh comments than this.
