Aggies toyed with them the entire game. Final score 6-0 and could've been much worse. Purdue's defenders were just chasing the Aggie forwards all night. Emma Smith's speed is amazing, as was her first goal.
Sprinting from right to left and facing side ways to the goal, she turned her hips and put a laser of a shot off her left foot in the goal. The keeper didn't have a chance.
Anyone that has an opportunity to see these girls play should take advantage. Very, very good team.

Congrats to Nicki B. Great job in shutting out the Michigan Wolverines. There were some very exciting moments, but she came through every time. Come to think of it, the Aggies shut out Purdue AND Michigan. So congrats to Katie Jo and Nicki. And of course congrats to the entire Aggie Team. They All looked Really great in both games......... April 12th. Be there. I will.

My daughter and I had only been to one (1) of the women's soccer games before this weekend. Watching the Aggie women compete against Purdue and Michigan was thrilling and exciting to say the least. I'm "sold" on Aggie soccer now! Congratulations to Coach G., the assistant coaches, and all the Aggie women on a "job well done". The Big 12 showed the Big 10 who's "biggest" and what soccer is all about (two shutouts). And also thanks to all the coaches and players who hung around after the game to sign t-shirts, caps, balls. It made alot of kids and their parents happy and proud of you!!

I love watching the Aggies stand the whole game while the other team just slouches on their bench. The cheers are great too. Michigan and Purdue must have felt like they were slugs on the bench compared to the Aggies.
The keeper made a couple of ordinary plays dangerous for the Ags, but then made an absolutely highlight reel, spectacular save to preserve the 1-0 win against UM.
What a great team.

The 2004 schedule is up at aggieathletics.com. Ucla is coming to College Station and the Texas game is early in the season at home. Should be a great season!

I noticed the schedule too, but why is the tu game not marked with an "*" to denote a conference game??

"Can I ask you a question?
What is it?
It's an interrogative form of sentence, used to test knowledge. But that's not important right now."
