Aggies win 11 - 1 in 5! (8 run rule). Jana James hits 3 run walk-off HR in bottom of 5th to end the game. No numbers yet, but all said was largest crowd EVER to see an Aggie Softball game at A&M.

With a 1/2 game lead going to Nebraska, the Aggies can split the series and still win the Big 12 championship. Great!!!!!!!!!!

My hat is off to Coach Evans and her team ... the injured wrist recovery for Jessica K was the key to winning this year.

Nebraska lost to Kansas. If we split they still win because they will have one more win than us because of the canceled Missouri game. We are done with conference play this weekend and they still have to play Missouri.

If we win both at Nebraska or split with Nebraska and they drop one to Mizzou, we win the Big 12.

If Nebraska wins both against us splits vs. Mizzou, they win the title.

Mizzou wins the title if they sweep Nebraska and Nebraska sweeps us.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's how I see it right now. hth

Sorry I seemed to overlook the Missouri - tech series this weekend. So Missouri needs to sweep both tech and Nebraska and have Nebraska sweep us. That would put Missouri and Nebraska at 14-3.
