Wasn't there a female archer from A&M named Zorn that was the world record holder? Is she in the olympics?

The only explanation could be in the type of shooting. See aggieathletics.com. Zorn and teammate shoot with compound bows whereas recurve bows are used in the Olympics. A couple of Zorn's teammates competed in Olympic tryouts in the recurve but our highest finish was 17th.

Mary and the other girl are not there in Athens....I am friends with her ex and he told me the same thing about her shooting compound and in the Olympics they shoot with the re-curve.....He also told me that the last time her talked to her (quite a while ago) that she was going to start shooting the re-curve after she was done at A&M so that she could continue to improve and possibly go on to the Olympics....I beleive she will be good enough for that in my opinion.

Vic Wunderle -Ag- won the quarter finals in archery today!. He was a bronze and silver medallist in Sidney.
