We need the doubles, one in #1-3 and two in #4-6. It would be a big win and an upset.
On a related point, does nayone have any insight as to why the Ags couldn't get Ashley Joelson to sign with us (brother Brett on the men's team, and I think both parents Ags). She played at Newk's so we should have had another in there, but she ends up going to UCLA, just wondered if anyone knew(she would have been a big addition to the team).

i believe she just wanted to be in cali. maybe that wasn't the only reason, but i heard it was one of the biggest reasons.

It is too bad we could not get Ashley Joelson to come to Aggieland. Our girls finished pretty strong after a shaky start and all the injuries. Kudos to the ladies. They fought tu tough, who ended up in the finals, losing to Stanford. Will have to do some retooling for next yr.

helga vieira bounced a #9-16 seed in straights in the first round of the women's NCAAs, and is on to the round of 32. not bad for the second alternate.

Story goes that Ashley would not come here because the assistant coach (Allison) left and she did not link up with the coach well and she wanted to go to CA and get away from her brother (who would have guessed that?)

The WTT has good talent, we need somebody that can nurture that talent. Like Allison did.
