OK, I know there's more than a few soccer fans out there and I need your creativity now. I'll be attending my second national team game when the US and England play in Chicago on Memorial Day. At my first game (a US/Mexico friendly in Houston after the World Cup) I realized two things about even hardcore American soccer fans:
1)While often outnumbered we are rarely vocal.
2)What cheers we do have are very lame.
This is where I need your help. Some friends of mine and I are going with the idea of being "those guys"...you know the ones. Maybe a little obnoxious to a casual fan but entertaining and motivating for people who care. So I'm asking for any ideas that you might have that would make the atmosphere better...preferably cheers but I'm not picky at this point.
The only ideas I have at this point involve ripping off some of the things we do at A&M soccer games but that seems cheap, and chanting "Scotland's Better" to the tempo of over-rated should the US hold a lead in the game.
