Will Mexico beat South Africa?

There are always two invite teams to make the groups even. Two years ago it was Brazil and Colombia and Brazil almost won it. South Africa will get smoked by Mexico. The team they brought looks more like their U-20 team.

It sounds weird to say when you win 4-1, but that was an underwhelming performance. Cuba scored a goal against the US for the first time in 60 years (I think Sanneh was auditioning for the Rockettes instead of marking his man), and we had a man advantage for the entire 2nd half and could only score after we put in a slew of 1st team offensive options. That being said, considering that we put out our D team (Brad Davis? Jimmy Conrad?) and we still dominated the majority of the game, you have to like that.

Well, Mexico just could not get it across the freaking goal line. They had about 20 clear oportunities to score along with 3 balls hitting the post.
SA made it to the Mexican side 3 times and scored twice on lucky goals.

On top of that, Mexico did not bring their A national team.............but regardless of that they should have beaten SA easily.

But that is why you play the game.......

Wow...didn't expect that. In my defense, that game was insane. Mexico dominated but South Africa somehow pulled it out. I'll tell you what I do feel foolish about...being up this late.
