For those of you who have Fox Soccer Channel, you probably know what I'm talking about. For those of you that don't or who have never seen the show, it's essentially a talk radio show on TV with two normal guys Nick (Liverpool supporter) and Steve (Chelsea supporter) who talk about all things soccer. Special emphasis on the EPL but a lot of information and talk in regards to MLS and qualifying. It's an entertaining and informative show, the only show in the US that actually has soccer analysis anymore.

Or should I say had. Apparently, Fox Soccer Channel has decided to not bring the show back. Apparently they needed more space to run paid programming. As a soccer fan, its upsetting because it was the only show that had even a hint of analysis. Well, Nick and Steven's website still has a link to the petition, and when you click the Fox Football Friday link, it takes you to a page on Fox Soccer's website that is "being updated". Not the best signs that it's coming back yet but hopefully I'm wrong.

Where did you hear that it was coming back?

Dre, it's as close to famous as I'll ever be.

Steven knows some of the New York Blues, and I originally signed that petition when they brought it up. I'll check and see what I can find from there.

Dre, according to friend who was partying on the East Coast with the Chelsea faithful, Fox plans to air the show again. The deal is almost complete, and it should resume in a couple of weeks.

Sweeeeet...that's very good news. Of course, you realize that if it doesn't come on now, I will blame you (completely irrationally of course, but nonetheless, I will)

I figure I can "couple of weeks" it until at least October.

I'll be disappointed if it doesn't happen, but from what I heard, it's probably gonna be back.

It's official. Fox Soccer's website has it posted now and it is indeed returning. New season starts this Friday and it's on a lot later now (10 CT), but I highly suggest that anyone who likes soccer, especially the EPL and MLS, watch it or TiVo it if you are out and about. There really isn't another show like this in the US. Think Baseball Tonight if John Kruk and Hal Reynolds were just really dedicated, knowledgeable fans instead of former players.
