Yeah, it does. I was in London back in late March, when England and Northern Ireland play their first game against each other this round. I watched the game in a pub with my friend, his brother, and a bunch of their friends. That was quite an experience.

I would think England versus Northern Ireland would be quite friendly. Now England/France or England/Ireland would be a different matter.
