He does know that we're hosting the College Cup this year right.

It's really a shame that the t.u. girls went out in the first round. A real shame. And no back to back regular season and Big XII tourney championships, nothing at all to be envious of at all.

Maybe their coach should try one of those sweater-vests!

bwah ha ha... horns lose in the first round AGAIN... talk about traditional choking... why do they pay their coach so much? better question... why do players who are semi-decent keep going there?

The problems at Texas are not about the players...they have incredibley gifted atheletes capable of winning a national title. This year their key problem was injuries. They barely had a starting rotation healthy. Their biggest problem is their coach doesn't know how to use what he has and he creates political problems between players and always puts the team in a position to under perform.

wow that IS reality!! ... actually i have no idea, theyre just not that great of a TEAM, and we are loaded and well coached

I may be wrong but it seems their style of play is more prone to cause injuries. Most of their games are played with the ball in the air as opposed to ball control on the ground. They seem reckless in going for headers. It leads to ugly games.

Is this why so many of the players leave?

how many have left their program in the last few years??? i never really hear about it happening, but then again ncaa soccer doesnt get big media coversage to say the least =P

we haven't had ANY injuries this year! we are sooooo lucky to have not lost any players that could have made a difference in our season!

if t.u. hadn't gotten any girls hurt, they would be college cup bound for SURE!
