Kinda sucks to see someone that used to be so good totally suck. Anyone heard anything on where he is these days?

He played in 20 PGA tournaments, missing the cut in every one except the Valero Texas Open. He earned $7600 or something like that. But I seem to remember him dueling Tiger at an overseas tournament last month and finishing in the top 5.

What the hell happened to him? Seems like I remember he had some back problems or something but I could be making that up.

He married a lady with kids, then injury - never came back from all that.

For some reason I thought he had vertigo.

Sometime after he won the British, he suffered from vertigo. He had a hard time with that, then he got married and priorities for him changed (according to him). While trying to come back, he's had to deal with the yipps.

He has shot a couple of low 60s rounds in the last few years, but hasn't been able to put much together. Most of his exemptions run through this year, so he'll need to make cuts this year to stay on tour.

With that said, I don't think we'll see much of him after the next couple of years.

Please define what "good" is.

I doubt it. His golf swing had a lot of flaws and timing was everything. Once it came apart it will be much harder for him than someone with a single plane, more pure golf swing to get it back.

Golf is so mental that once you lose it, it's extremely hard to get it back. I don't think he will ever compete week in week out on the Tour again much less dominate the way he once did.
