FInally...there is a moment in the video a little over half way where they are in the locker room and they have some shots of the equipment/gear. They show a pic of the hat they wear. I WANT THAT HAT!!!! The one they show in the video is white and that won't work for me since I sweat so much. Maroon or black would be perfect. Maybe even a kacky! Anyhow, I will never find that hat, or any A&M hat for that matter, here in Baton Rouge. So if anyone is interested in donating the hat and sending it to me, please respond

Another thing, has anyone ever played out there? I was curious what the green fee is for a student. I can remember playing at Louisiana Tech's course for $3 and that would be all day long. I would play 36 holes for only 3 bucks and it was a decent course. Only 9 holes, but decent for a small town.

There are a few of us that are members on here. I am a member and play out there almost every weekend and some week nights. Its great course. Looking at buying a house there too. Just have to ask and know people to play there.

The two responses to my post thus far are quite puzzling. I actually went back to reread my post cause I am confused as to where the responses are coming from. :/

First of all, I stated I am in Baton Rouge, so I am not about to just pack the clubs up and make a road trip to play at Traditions. I was just curious about the cost of the green fee. I was trying to compare it to when I was in school.

So, I guess it is tough to play out there! Aparently it is a private course which is something I didn't know. A reference is made to being a member, so do they not accept public tee times?

A&M has an old course on main campus that students can play at for relatively cheap. Probably more comparable to the one you played at for $3.00.

I have played pretty much every weekend on Saturday and Sunday in the mornings. Not much one week nights, once in a while. If I go out at 6 I can finish 9 no problem. We need to go play soon. I plan play everyday next week after I am done giving finals. Need to get Pablo to after he defends. I got your number, I will call you.

There are some good builders out there, I been looking alot at houses there. Should talk to barrington and Ron with BMB, super friendly guys. They would help you I am sure.

I am done tomorrow and plan on being there playing until NCAA comes into town. Yeah, I am not sure if Pablo is still a member out there or not since he is going back to Mexico. I stoped by the club house to drop of a club and I saw his golf bagg there so maybe this is his last month???

I am head of irrigation and do most of the spraying out at Traditions. As for playing out there you are correct it is member only and I believe for a guest to play with a member it is $85 during the week and a little higher for the weekends depending on the membership level. As for the hat you are talking about I am friends with most of the golf team and might be able to swing it if i knew the exact hat you were talking about and if they had it in supply at learning center.

There are two hats that I like.

1st - at around 3:30 on the video, Ashley is wearing a white hat with the Nike swoosh on the front and aTm on the side.

2nd - at 3:48 there is a shot of a white hat with aTm on the front and a maroon pin strip around the front.

I usually don't wear white hats cause I am quite sweaty and will mess a white hat up pretty quick, but I won't be too picky.

Let me know the cost and I'll let you know if I can get it...yeah that's right, when you get married you have to ask for permission on this kind of stuff, especially when your wife is an avid LSU fan and doesn't really care for A&M.

Ill see what i can do about the second hat you were talking about, chances are that it will be marroon. The first hat would be hard to come by. Also i know the feeling about asking the wife, I too am married and I dont get away with much.

My son and I were fortunate to get a tour of the practise facilities at the Traditions on Saturday. What a facility!!! They even have a bent grass putting green, with an underground cooling system, for the team to use to prepare for playing up north. This is a great recruiting tool!
