4 years ago, they were all live. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case this year as well even if that does put most games in the 8AM to 2PM range. In addition, all games will be in HD for the first time.

If you haven't seen soccer in HD, it's amazing.

I will be Tivoing all 64 matches. I will definitely watch every US match live, work be damned. I'm flying to Germany for the Italy match. Original plan was to make it to all the U.S. group matches, but I just can't afford that much time off from work.
