The Ags will tee off at 9:00 AM. We are considered what I have called in the past, "The early starters". We will start on the 1st hole.
I checked out the course and I find it not to be as difficult as Traditions (this of course is based on length). The description of the course makes to believe that there is severe rough throughout. In other words, the winner of this tourney could be the most accurate off of the tee.
Several of the big teams, like Duke, are in the laste strating group. I am hoping that we can be at the top of the leaderboard once we are finished and make the late starters shoot for our score.
There is no room for error so we can't have and first round jitters or struggle in any form of our game.
We are a very talented team and if we can put it all together in one tourney, then we could have a very good finish. However the team plays, I am very please with the play this year, and I am sure that most of us will continue our strong support whether we come home with the trophey or not. I have enjoyed keeping up with the team and look forward to soing it again next year.
Once play begins in the morning, I will have updates on this thread.
Those of you that are up at midnight might want to have a mini Yell Practice for support. Actually since it is golf, should it be a Whisper Practive?
