I'd heard some pretty good things about Ecuador late last year, but I too, would have thought that Poland would be ahead at this point.

Poland has some bad luck and Ecuador took advantage of their few chances. The thing that really stood out was how much quicker Ecuardor was. Poland was running in quicksand, at least it looked that way. Ecuador was very fast. The bend don't break defense worked for Ecuador, as did the woodwork in their goal. Poland left with a lot of work to do to get out of this group. The way they played today, don't see that happening.
