Soccer should always be viewed at a bar. The atmosphere is 10 times better than watching any other sport at a bar and 100 times better than watching the game at home.

caught the Mex-Arg at a Mexican sports bar in Houston (Emiliano's on I-10 & Wayside) and also saw the Eng-Port at Stag's Head pub (on Shepherd).

Both experiences were tremendous, even though 100% of the fans in both places went home unhappy.

I was sandwiched between 50 people yelling viva italia and 50 or so yelling allez..

one eye-talyun was somehow pissed at the result. I'm thinking he was drunk enough to not grasp the fact that Italy won.
