If having a top 30 program is your expectation and desire, he's your man. If you want to have a top 10 program,he'll never get you there.

CoachAg85, I know both Bobby and Tim quite well. I'm very fond of both of them and I hope Bobby is here for a number of years. That said, he's going to have to upgrade his talent level if he wants to compete on a National basis and retain his job. That is my honest opinion. I'm not saying he "can't" do it, I'm just saying that he'd better do it. I was responding to what the expectations are in the program, not my like or dislike of him.
