Attended the CSU game Fri night. Freshmen looked outstanding. This team is going to be very good once the youngsters mature some more. We won today 3-0 and 3-1 to take the tournament.

Whoop! I hope I can catch one of their games this year, if not at Rollie then maybe I can set up a trip to another Big12 city.

By the way, has ANYONE seen Jola Kelner set? I noticed she played several games in the tournament and so did Kainz. Did Corbelli run a 6-2????

I don't think so. I didn't see the games in person but kept up with them on GameTracker, if the play by play is still available I think you'll see from the substitutions that she only had one setter in the game at a time.

The team was the most effective while Kainz was running the show. In fact I believe Kelner started the game we ended up giving up to Morgan State, but considering that was her first start, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt.

That loss must have ticked Laurie, because the next game she put the hammer down on Morgan State, she started her "regulars" and didn't sub during that game; result 30-14 A&M!
