I don't think Laurie will be fired this year, but if that were to happen, I don't think you would hear anything until right after the NCAA tournament. I think she will get one more year to try to see she can make the the youth and lack of size pay off. If it does not happen then I think there is no other choice.
History would show that when the Texas A&M program was not competing and recruiting well that changes were made in the administration of the program. The current decisions being made are causing A&M to be passed up by teams that were once considered far below the likes of Texas A&M Volleyball (i.e. Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa State, Baylor...). Although I think the changes need to be made right away, I don't think they will be made this year.
