Anderson Silva is very beatable. I thought this before 67 and even more after it. His sprawl is not good. Matt Lindland would eat him for breakfast. Since the UFC and Matt can't come to terms, Evan Tanner should get another shot, I think he would own Anderson. Evan has an awesome chin, is super strong and would sub Silva in the 1st IMHO.

disapointed that lutter didnt make weight. thats unacceptable. thought the fight between cote and smith was laughable at best- 15 min of running away from each other. rampage seemed unfocused in the first round, but settled in and won fairly easily. cro-cop is gonna be fun to watch in the future. the fight after his went so fast i didnt even catch the names of the fighters. silva looked good- seems like he has enough ground skills to keep most fights on their feet. no one will beat him easily.

i guess rampage and ortiz will fight next, and the winner will get a shot at chuck. cro-cop will get his shot prolly at the winner of the coture-silvia match.

ufc 68 will be interesting- bunch of ex title holders trying to make their way back to the top. i dont think randy stands much of a chance against tim silvia.

Tanner is probably my favorite all time fighter. I'd love to see him get a title shot.

I'd like to see Swick vs Anderson or Swick vs. Tanner with the winner going up against Anderson.

The bottom line is Anderson is very beatable. I'm tired of all the Silva nuthugging on Sherdog, and I hope the UFC gets a good wrestler to expose Silva in the next fight.

Maybe Tito will drop to 185...

People are actually suggesting that on Sherdog. No doubt Tito would own Silva at say 195 or 200, but by getting to 185 he would never be able to keep his cardio unless he dropped some muscle mass to get there.

I think the most ridiculous weight cut I've seen is when Riggs cut 33 pounds in 24 hours to fight Diaz (I think Diaz...can't remember).

He was gased fairly quick, but still managed to win.

In case you never venture over there, it's a good source sometimes, but it's over run with stupidity at times. One thread a few months ago was asking if Fedor could cut to 205 and fight Chuck and one dude thinks AA would KO Cro Cop. They are very flavor of the month over there, ex. most of them don't think Hughes has a chance against GSP in a rematch. GSP owned Hughes and all, but so did BJ Penn and look at what Hughes did the last time he and BJ fought. Plus, I think BJ could take GSP in a rematch. If you sift through the BS there is some very good discussion over there, and their reporting is top notch.

did y'all see that ufc 69 is gonna be in Houston? i would have gotten tickets but it would have required a student loan, plus GSP will prolly destroy matt serra

I was online the hour they went on sale and the cheapest I saw was $150. The bad thing is, my wife likes UFC as well, so I'm looking at $350 minimum just for the event.

Silva knocked out Cabbage in the first round.

Shamrock threw a couple of illegal knees in the 2nd round, got DQed as Gracie couldn't continue. Herb was the referee again.
