It was a cold day and night at Mitchell yesterday, but Coach Denton took the "shirt" off Brad Williams, who played very well at number two. Adding Brad to Clay and Luka, gives the Aggies three of the best looking freshman players that we have had in many years. Will be interesting to see how they hold up against USC and UCLA.

not to take anything away from Brad, but it was St. Ed's and Wichita State. Not exactly USC and UCLA.

Tennis needs more attention on this thread. It is a whole lot more fun that it gets credit for. I love going there to watch. I made the opener and plan for some more.

Tennis matches are the best kept secret on the A&M campus. The facility is beautiful, and if you hit a late afternoon match on a perfect day, the view from the top of the seating area can be amazing.

It is so much fun when the big crowds show up. Depending on the chair ump a court gets, you can sit right behind the opposing player and be the bug in his ear all day. You might get warned, but enjoy it while you can! The George P. Mitchell is no doubt one of the toughest places in the country. Keep it that way Ag's!
