i have not heard much, i know the matches were not scored, so that might be part of it...
i also heard we signed a 6'4" transfer to come in for the fall season, but i'm not 100% sure about all of this...

Not a transfer but a HS recruit.

The "transfer" is indeed a middle; a present sophomore at Cal St-Northridge.

How'd the tournament go this weekend?

How'd the Aggies look this weekend? Will the big girls coming in be an impact this coming year?

Apparently Athletics hasn't determined that the volleyball tourney warrants a release.

At G Rollie this past saturday, Ags played four (4) two-game matches as follows: Ags swept UTSA, swept Univ of Houston, split 2 games vs LSU, then swept SFAustin.

SFA took a game (and maybe two?) off LSU, before playing the Ags.

The Donaldson girl would be a great addition for A&M.

The 6'4" player is a HS senior coming from a Kan. high school.

Actually..... The Aggies have 2 big girls coming in. A 6'4" transfer and a 6'5" high recruit. Looks like the Aggies are getting bigger at the net!

I'm pretty excited to see what this team can do with some experience under their belts. They showed flashes of brilliance last year.

Does anyone know if the soph from CS-N is a done deal? Will there be a TAMU press release? Or is there a mention of it anywhere else?

The Ags beat LA Tech and beat UNLV in Pool play; 2-0 each match.

Having won that Pool, the Ags went into the Gold bracket for bracket play.

Played LSU first match. Were up 29-26, in Game 1 then fell 31-29; then dropped Game 2 to LSU as well.

The Ags finished the Texas Tornado tourney, Saturday, playing Alabama for 3rd. The Ags beat Alabama 2-0.

Remember, the Ags played all Spring with out Kelly Stanton (out nursing an injury)

BTW, there is talk of a transfer Setter coming in as well? Any one hear anything further on that happening?
