Who won?

Game got canceled. RecSports didn't turn on the lights and was too incompetent to come turn them on half-way through the game, so they had to cancel half way through. Sucks for all the seniors.

Not trying to take up for Rec Sports, but according to the A&M team's website the lights would not respond and the physical plant folks responded when notified, but there was a 30 minute delay in getting the lights on. The very brief info on the site makes it sound like tu decided not to continue the game. Is that what happened? Who was winning when the game was called?

The bad guys were winning 1-0 when we realized that the lights weren't coming on at the start of the second quarter. In between directing an ambulance to come pick up a Texas player knocked out of the game, myself and a few coaches were running all over the damn place trying to A) get the lights switched on by ourselves, or B) get someone from the physical plant or RecSports over to switch them on.

With 8:47 left in the second quarter, the referees paused the game to see if we could get them on. With still no response from RecSports or the physical plant, the referees decided to call the game.

Texas had a game the next day in Waco vs. Baylor , and were worried about that because it affected their seeding for the playoffs. 20 minutes or so after the game was cancelled, the lights were switched on, but Texas refused to continue the game.

That is screwed up. Why does it seem that Rec Sports is either (A) not being run well at all OR (B) that someone at Rec Sports really has it in for the men's lacrosse team?
