I'd expect somewhere in the neighborhood of the same finish...got some good guys in but certainly lost some good guys last year (Lapierre (national champ), Kelley, Edgar)

We should improve some over last year. Texas is ranked #5, Baylor #12 and A&M #18.

National performance charts don't necessarily translate into conference meet scores, but it should be about right.

Is there ANY chance we beat tu?

I don't know crap about track - so I am wondering if there is as much variation in results versus expectations as there is in other sports.

Do you ever really get "upsets" as a team in track?

Rarely. In track and swimming, recruiting is the name of the game. You are fast or you are not fast. You throw/jump far or you don't throw/jump far. End of story. Relays DQ's are the only equalizer and there are only two chances to do that in track (vs. 5 in swimming)

Speaking of the importance of recruiting, how is our recruiting in men’s track?

Look at the Penn Relays. Pat Henry is doing a phenominal job.

I love my family...
