Since there seems to be some swimming interest, here is a link to live results and the live webcast in the evenings from 7/31 - 8/4.

How about Kristen Heiss going toe-to-toe with Katie Hoff in the 200 back this morning? That was an amazing swim...

Heiss is showing continuous improvement in her ability. No sign of slowing improvement like many other NCAA swimmers her age. Very impressive!

Anyone know if her seed time was her PR? If so, a drop of over 7 seconds is huge!

7 seconds is a huge drop for a 12 year old, let alone a top division 1 athlete!

If that was her PR, the only thing I could think of is that she might not have swam many long course seasons with a taper. Even so, amazing!

This team is really impressive with all the articals of pan-am games, Canadian nats, US nats, etc.

Today she was #24 in the 400 free prelims then came back to win the C final in a time that converts to 4:43.8 for 500 yards (which would be her LT best)...wow...she is on fire!
