I'd like to recommend Matt Peck, the coach from Middle Tennessee State University. He has been there for 4 years and turned their program around, they have been ranked in the top 25 this year. I think A&M would be able to lure him away. He coached two players to All-American status.

If you look at the top volleyball programs they all have male coaches, excluding Florida. Maybe it is just a fluke, but it seems like a good risk to take.

I'm pretty impressed with Dayton's coach, you know he has to be looking for a bigger school to make some noise at, or even maybe BB has connections to some assistants from Nebraska so we can get in on their recruiting areas. Or maybe Lindsey Yon knew something we didn't when she decided to transfer to New Mexico St., their coach sure has exceeded expectations there....

Maybe Bill Byrne could hire an assistant coach away from a powerhouse. I can envision that being a good mood.

Not that we should be talking about change - We owe it to the team to hang in there, but, just a speculation - How about the guy from Wichita State? We already have a connection there! He's built a good program, and has hit the ceiling in his conference as far as the national level goes - maybe he's ready for a big time move!
